How does Reverse Therapy reverse symptoms?
Reverse Therapy is a face-to-face talking process in which the Reverse Therapist teaches the client to attune to and understand the messages that the client's Bodymind is trying to communicate through the symptoms. In this way Reverse therapy is really an educational process. With the help of the therapist the client then plans how to act on the messages given. Written records are used to track the effect of the client's actions on reducing the symptoms and to gather more information about situations that trigger increases in the symptoms.
The consultations last one hour. Sessions are arranged with a variable interval between them. The average interval is between 2 – 3 weeks. Treatment length varies but 75% of cases will be complete by 8 sessions while the other 25% will take longer. Each session focuses on finding out what changes the Bodymind is seeking to encourage the client to so when it sends symptom-messages. Please also download the Information Pack for further information about the process. The usual fee in the UK is £80 per hour but is higher for consultations with Dr John Eaton and Kathleen Haden.
You can also download the book New Book for more information on the process.
